Digital Cinema Society Privacy Policy

Digital Cinema Society ("DCS") will not sell, rent, or distribute your personal information to any third party source without your knowledge.

We will strive to keep your personal information private by limiting access to our databases to only administrators of the Society and to those who need to access it to maintain the stability of the systems it resides on.

From time to time DCS may distribute informational messages and/or a newsletter to its members. You have the option at any time to stop the delivery of such messages to your email address. To do this, simply login to the members area of our website and click on "My information". On this page there will be subscription options for the various messages, newsletters and formats. Your choices once saved, are automatic.

The DCS publishes a Member Directory available to registered and active members only. In this directory, we publish your Name and Company Name only. We do provide members the ability to contact you via email, however your email address will not be shown to this member until you reply to this email. No other information is published in the Member Directory.

In addition, the DCS makes available a special area where you may post your resume. In this area all information you post will be made available to registered and active members only. You are responsible for all information you provide.

If at any time you wish to remove your name from the Member Directory or your resume, simply login to the members section and deselect the appropriate checkboxes. Again, your choices once saved are automatic.
